The dreaded time change. Fall Back an hour. It's dark by 4:30 p.m. EST, maybe 4:00 p.m. by December 21, 2025... Winter Solstice.... Yeah baby, stick with us. Get out and exercise, socialize, do things that make YOU happy and feeling good about your self! The basic costs? Have the appropriate seasonal clothing.

Get Out And WALK!

Snowed IN? GET OUT. Streets plowed? WALK! 6 km every morning. 6 km every night, yes, the night! Wear reflective wraps, vests, hats, gloves, and/or clothing when common sense prevails.

If not, carry your final life instructions on your person at all times.

Myself, I started Stand Up Comedy, Story Telling, Pitch Movie classes and am really enjoying it. What I'm preparing for now is to hire a personal theatrical, comedy, story telling, writing coach to help me keep moving towards my one man show... Spring 2026... I'll be 70 February 24, 2026.

I want to Launch parts of it during the Golf and Travel Show 2026. I think it will pay for itself.

I only want to work on things that make me happy to be doing. I hope to God I literally die on stage, doing the very thing I love doing... making people laugh, giving them value for listening to what I have to say, write, and live about. It could be over any day for me... no more unhappy anything. It breeds a cancer within.

I'll share more stand up material as we move through, and as I receive it frim the comedy bar... professionally produced... BUT, I meet with my Story Telling class Instructor this Saturday Nov 08, 2025 at 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

What I like about this guy, the instructor is... he starred in this movie, POLAR, segments were filmed in Toronto. So his agent got him an audition, he got the part as the main character, a retiring assassin, his final medical assessment for the retirement records.

I recognized him as the doctor giving the main actor a Prostate Digital Rectal Exam. Hahahahahahah. And then asking him if wants to discuss his overall assessment over a piece of Peach Pie?

So is my AI described and generated image above look anything like me, currently, below, in front of the curtain, no longer continuing to hide behind it?

Taken Wednesday evening October 22, 2025 Comedy Bar East Showcase, Toronto, Canada

Everyone RELAX.... It is MY job to make you feel welcome, safe, ready for a little laughter, and possibly a little bladder leakage, for some of us. But I wish to immediately clarify... I'm An IDIOT... so... again... RELAX.

I acted on stage the Fall of 2004 in The Foursome, I played Cameron, the TV ad Exec, I sang the lead in the closing song - Oh What A Night! (charmingly enough to know I was doing my very best), directed by Kathryn DeLory, and with the Markam Theatre group.

Held a dress rehearsal for a group of Senior's on the Wednesday evening, before Opening Night - Thursday Sept 2004. The Main character enters the stage first and takes focus breathing in air looking up into the skies, way off into the distance and I'm stage left, cleaning up my clubs, doing an Ed Norton, walking to the very front of the stage looking up, pulling out my score card, checking for wind, sternly looking out over the audience as if I'm not thrilled with the grass cutting, and now....

Main Actor: Cameron? What's Wrong?

Cameron... those clouds.... I dunno.

I knew then.... I love the stage as long as I know my lines, my blocking, what I can do, what I can't do... and I had a good Director. Kathryn saw right thorough me in my audition. I think she may be a dominatrix in real life. She brought the best out in me.

My girlfriend and her family members said... he's a natural. "He should stay on the stage as an actor, a writer, a comedian, a producer". Then her father asked - "how much you make?"

5 years later she was no longer my girlfriend. I was her "right-for-now-boyfriend", and her camp decided her return on investment wasn't performing as hoped.

Love, ain't it grand? "If you hurt yourself and needed to go into a home, do you have any idea how much that would cost me?"

Stay in control of the things you need to control, and lose the rest. Season 6, Episode 1 of my Podcast - Sunday's At The Asylum - things that make me say, that's insane...is in production.

Christmas Season is Upon us....
