We've had so much fun writing the ad's, getting a Radio Station to run it, and thinking... OK? Will this lead to people thinking the same way I do about finally finding a mental game solution. At the very least a First Step. Measure my strengths and weaknesses with a modern, sports specific psychometric assessment measure specific attitudes and behaviours consistent with how the top golfers think and behave during their round of golf. How they think, behave, plan tournament strategy based on their personality traits....

Your "Optimum Arousal" trait could be your downfall? Getting sucked into a challenge because you are challenge aroused, as to possibly the beauty of the Golf hole itself. Pleasing to YOUR eye? Going for that 250 m Par 3, off a ridge. Why do you insist on using; DRIVER? Especially after reading about my number 1 Trait, FOCUS.... and how I may not be focusing on all the right stuff, my pre-shot ritual, combating a busy mind, this system helped me channel all the important elements of controlling many thoughts to a few... to none, for a brief moment. Think Nothing, when everything counts.

Tempo & Target. Tempo... and... Target. 2 great swings thoughts....

Then..... as history will show, "A Tranquil Mind is The First Requisite For Good Judgment"

I learned to Think Nothing, when everything counts..... just the right moment.... and CONTACT... feels good, "like buddah", the ball flight... magnificent... and watch fly towards intended taget.... falling onto the green, you watch the ball track towards the Pin... pro side of the cup, and roll past 2' as it comes to rest. Beautiful. Now you cl;ean off your club, put it away in your bag and head to the shot, when a playing partner asks... hey, what were you thinking.... great shot.... but... what were you thinking when you hit that shot?

Nothing. That's right. Nothing. And Par is 72? Then do that 71 more times. Think Nothing. Be the player you need to be.

I fell into reading the coaching report, and their text; How To Develop The Mental Game of a Pro. The 8 Traits of Champion Golfers. Here Are Each Trait.

Focus

Abstract Thinking

Emotional Stability

Dominance

Confidence

Tough Mindedness

Self Sufficiency

Optimum Arousal

This text opened my mind and my game from shooting 120 in some tournaments to looking at breaking 80 later that summer. It was my thinking. Wrong, Too Much, Too Little. and Now... Just right. A good understanding of the game.

It's 72 shots, turned into 72 moments of TRUTH. Make perfect contact with the ball to play the game of golf.... which is, "Get the Ball in the hole in the least amount of Strokes".

Each shot, or moment is a process. On average 60 - 90 seconds of preparation time and then all the way through Execution of the MOMENT.

That's where the game of golf is played. In those moments. Now there is Par play, and then Double Bogey Par.... and then all levels of play

I hope people discover this text and then go out and experience their own mental game break-through's. And think to themselves, geeezus, it was me, all along. I was my biggest handicap. My thinking.

By the way, mention this was post reading Dr. Bob Rotella's book, Golf Is Not Game of Perfect. And Dr. John Marshall's text, The (9) Principles of Self Management, Jack Nicklaus, one of his many publications, and others, but these 3 texts changed my game for the better.

And it was NOT a golf lesson. It was NOT a SWING Lesson. It's a self help type of text unless you want more help. And keep reading and looking at my site and I'll recommend you to others...

Now, after this Text... get The Mental Skills Assessment and coaching report for Golf. Click and go have a look at the assessment and decide if you want to read how your 8 Traits compare to those of champion golfers. What HAVE they got, you need?
