For the month of August, unless told otherwise, this will be my Comedic Tuesday Night Driving Range.... where I practice how to hit each bit, each line, each point, each idea right into a nerve that makes someone react in a positive way. Smile. Grinning. Nodding. Laughing... story telling... connecting with people who love to laugh at this material....

One can't do it all in their head alone. Sooner or later yah gotta take your material out for a live test drive. This is where I have an advantage over others.... being a College Professor... I am used to standing in front of complete strangers... students.... in building environmental systems management that are ready to challenge me to everything and anything... The best hecklers on planet earth... my college students.

3. The Father's Day Campaign (5–7 minutes)

This is the first real story.

"This guy really believed this was going to work."

That's where the comedy lives.

4. The Cemetery (5 minutes)

Now they've earned the right to go somewhere deeper with you.

The shovel. The police.

"I'm about to dig up a resentment."

"Dad... can you hear me now... or should I start digging?"

5. The Classroom (5–7 minutes)

This one has enormous potential.

Not because it's political.

Because it's personal.

"Gas Fitter 3 - I spent years trying to keep 30 students awake."

"Now I'm trying to keep 30 strangers laughing."

That's a beautiful transition.

6. The Eye Doctor (3–4 minutes)

Perfect bridge back into lighter material.

"My eye doctor saved my relationships."

Astigmatism.

"I don't see things as they truly are."

Fantastic callback opportunity.

"Where were you during my Father's Day campaign?"

7. The Golf Show (8–10 minutes)

it's the story that ties everything above together.

The TV show.

The Hidden 8.

The mental game.

Where are they now?

The dream.

The disappointment.

The lessons.

The comedy.
